We study in this course why the need to do the food packaging and the importance of food packaging.
we also discuss about the role of food packaging in increasing the shelf life and
preserving the nutritional qualities add to that to revise the natura and historical ways of preserving food , and revise also the major factors that deteriorate or perish food products, and to see also what are the different packaging materials that are generally used and what are their characteristics.
